Practical help for migraine sufferers

This is a great little book for those of us with migraines-practical and medical advice from a neurologist. Dr. Foster has experienced migraine first hand and deals with causes and triggers which we can control-often diet related. Medications can be a great help, but cannot eliminate the disease. I'm finally taking control of my diet and exercise portion after years of triptans and pain pills and it feels good.
