great cookbook

We tend to like seasoned, rather than bland foods and find many of the recipes in this cookbook to be fairly simple and very tasty. That being said, garlic is a strong ingredient and should be used with that in mind. Some of the recipes in this cookbook are very garlicky - great for me and sometimes a bit too much for my husband and kids. I simply write comments in my cookbook noting whether we liked the recipe and any suggestions for the next time I make it. For example, adding a little dill and reducing the garlic in the recipe for Creamy Garlic Ranch Dressing.
