The purpose of this book is three-fold: to touch the lives of those who can relate and/or understand the pain and sufferings of the characters in the stories; to convey a message of hope, discerning right from wrong, and believing in justice and goodness of man; and, as a reading textbook - it can serve as a tool to educate and/or pique adult students' stance on morality and ethics academically as well as in everyday life.
