This book is Pao-Chih Huang's literary collection, volume 4. Pao-Chih Huang, a female member of a family ancestry originated from Nanhai, Guangdong province in China. She was born in Cholon, Vietnam in 1951 and was graduated from a localoverseas Chinese high school Tue Thanh (later renamed Viet Tu) and Bac Ai English College. She is now the Chairperson of World Association of Chinese Journalists of Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos headquartered in Taiwan. In the past, she was an editor for The Chinese New Tribune in Vietnam (before 1975), and also an editor for The United Daily News, Taiwan (from1978 to 2003). She has been serving as supervisor and/or advisor for the Association of Asian Chinese Writers from Vietnam, Cambodia, and Laos, and the Association of Vietnamese Chinese as well as United Daily News Group in Taiwan. She has been dedicated herself to writing and has published various essays and prose poetry such as "The Legacy of Chinese Characters and the Contention between Traditional and Simplified Chinese Characters " and "Goodness Circle " etc.
