Wonderful recipes!

I cannot tell a lie and did not actually loose weight off this cookbook or the diet itself. I was in the process of doing my own diet(commercial diet plan with food shipments) when I ordered this so I just recently started using it. While I did loose 12 pounds on the other diet I got tired of their endless dishes with beans in them and I like the variety in this cookbook. These are not complicated meals with exotic ingredients and that's what I like. I have anohter 13 pounds to go and hopefully I can do it with this cookbook.

Excellent recipes!

Recipes in this diet cookbook use normal ingredients, were easy, fast, and delicious too. Several different meal plans are also provided. My food actually looks like the pictures in the book, and is so delicious, my entire family will eat it. The only thing I did not like about the book is that it could be organized a little more efficiently. As is it now, there is a section on meal plans, which refer the reader to menus and meals, and then another reference to the actual recipe for the food. But overall, a great book with lots of useful nutrition, and diet information.

Soooooo Good!

The meals in this book are amazing! I am eating better than I ever have before. And for those who are serious (and rational) about losing weight, this is the right book. It is designed to help you lose 1-2 pounds a week, which is healthy and realistic, according to those not selling diet books. The difficult thing (at least for me) about this program is the focus it is taking to change my meal planning and cooking habits (although the book makes it as easy as possible), but that is to be expected. However, there is no "will-power" involved in the eating part...the meals are delicious and varied, and do not taste like "diet" meals. To the publisher: Please commission another cookbook of recipes from whoever did this one!! I plan to be on this program for a while, and I love the food!!

Excellent book! It contains nutrition and shopping information. The recipes are quick and easy to make, and the meals nutritious and balanced. I highly recommend it!

Best plan I've found

This book really has a lot of good common sense. I like the recipes and they are easy to prepare. My whole family enjoys the recipes so I am not fixing something different for them.
