She shares information gathered from sermons and her practice as a clinical psychologist. What to do with guilt? Catch it, Kill it, Clean it, Cook it, and Cover it. Johnson wants you to treat your guilt with this much vigor. She is right in saying most people passively submit to it, flee it, or fight it. Also, just because you feel guilty it doesn't mean you are, a good point. If you are not "saved" you might learn how to process your guilt from this book if you can tolerate the Bible verses.
