Good Girls Gone Good

I read Danette's book in a day or two and all I can say is that these 3 young ladies did what they had to do. So as far as I'm concern, it should have been called, Good Girls Gone Good. They all were forced in doing what they did. I don't wanna give too much away, you must read the book but even I as a man would have done the same thing. Go Ms. Majette for a job well done!

NOTHING BAD ABOUT IT

Wow!!! This book had me from page 1, and didn't let go until the very end. This book is a sure classic. Vince was a character that I absolutely fell in love with and couldn't wait to see what he was gonna do from one chapter to the next. Danette Majette did a great job on her third novel, so I recommend it to anyone who loves a great storyline.

Desperate times make good girls go bad!!!

In " A good Girl gone bad" we meet three childhood friends Alyse, Jazmine and Roslynn. Jazmine is in an abusive relationship with her husband Vince. Jazmine is desperate to escape but she has no money of her own. She wants to leave but is scared for her own life and her son Omari's life. Roslynn is married to Adrian, a wealthy bank president, and she LOVES to spend his money. Roslynn's shopping is out of control and she is up to her neck in debt! Not to mention she has a few secrets she needs to keep from her hubby in order to keep living the "bougie" life. Alyse and her husband Lance are dead broke. They are struggling to keep their heads above water. Lance has been keeping the fact that he got fired a secret. Only when their daughter keeps getting sick and Alyse finds out the insurance has been canceled, the ish will hit the fan!! Roslynn comes up with a great scam in order to get money. All the ladies could use the cash, even if it means getting involved in things that are not legal! This book was great and I look forward to reading more from this author!!

When I read the back cover I said this sounds interesting. Interesting was a understatement. I could not put this book down, it was off the hook. This was one of those books that you can't wait to see how it ends, but don't want it to end. Anyone looking for a page turner this is it.
