Great book for young readers! (Final story in 3 books series)

This book, along with the other three books of the series, follows three sisters (Delphine, Vonetta, and Fern) as they go during the summer of 1968 to the South to visit their grandmother and great-grandmother. This is the third book, and is told from the point of view of the oldest sister (11 year old Delphine) as the sisters deal with the dispute between their great-grandmother and great aunt, along with experiencing racism and a severe storm. I think that this book is very good for young readers, especially girls, ages 9 and up. I got all three books for a 10 year old niece who enjoyed them.
