Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights (Permenkumham) Number 22 of 2023 concerning Visas and Stay Permits and Regulation of the Minister of Finance Number 82 of 2023 promulgated on 30 August 2023 became the basis for the implementation of the Golden Visa policy . Education Tech (including automation) will play a huge role in changing the education landscape and enable educators to provide a more personalized and effective learning experience. Technology will redefine how education is managed and consumed, and if implemented correctly, has the potential to democratize it and make it more accessible on a global scale.In metaphor, the concept of Vygotsky's theory in children's education applications leads to the concept of ZPD or Zone of Proximal Development. Zone of Proximal Development (ZPD) which is an important socio-cultural dimension as a psychological dimension. ZPD is the distance between the actual level of development and the potential level of development. The level of development in question consists of four stages (Sunito, et al., 2013).
