Great vegetarian recepies

The book gives some good and healthy alternative for the good old mozzarella, tomato and basil diet that us vegetarians are prescribed. Yogi Bhajan, a spiritual leader who loved his food, collected these recepies in the earlies 70s, which was used for a chain of Golden Temple restaurants using the ayuvedic cooking techniques. Cooking with clean consiousness and mantras does not only effect the cooking, but also the food! A beautiful initiative, however just one restaurant survives the cold and impersonal 90's. If you want to enjoy some of the techniques and recepies life, try this 'last-of-the-mohecains' Golden Temple restaurants in Amsterdam, on the Utrechsestraat.
