Golden Streetcar: Volume 1, Issue 1

From the Director:

Why another literary magazine, when there

already are so many? The only answer I can

provide is that I don't think there can ever be too

many forums for good poetry. Especially in the

United States, a place brimming with more great

poets than at any previous time in its history.

I can only hope, as this first issue of Golden

Streetcar launches, that Walt Whitman might

take a break from celebrating the mysteries of

Eternity long enough to bless this endeavor, and

these poets, and the worlds they have birthed by

putting pen to paper.
