Charles Carswell was born in 1942 in Wilkinson County, a small town McIntyre, Georgia. He grew up there until graduating from high school. As a child, loved playing baseball and catch with his father. While attending a medical technical college in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and being on the school's baseball team, he was recruited by the Twins, however, not selected. After becoming an associate pastor in December 2002, the author has preached, taught and discipled many spiritual sons. The book was written to assist in alleviating life struggles caused by grief and be not entangled with the yoke of bondage.
