The author's objective in writing this book is to stimulate thought and to open up meaningful but objective dialogue. The author is trying to present his material without ruffling a lot of feathers. But, considering the topics discussed in this book, that's highly improbable. He is an author who wants his readers to benefit from his material even if the readers are offended by the material. More importantly, he wants his readers to read his book with an objective and open mind. Finally, the author wants to believe that freedom of speech is still alive and thriving in this country and that people should not be in fear of expressing what they believe.
