Jesus Christ is the Word of God his father, when he became man he assumed a human body which requires
those items above, but still in the human body, he was
able to perform Supernatural or Godly things as is known. But after his resurrection he did not need to eat except when he had to prove that he was still the same person, sleep as he was not reported to be staying in a home after his resurrection, and a body which could be touched but did not need a door to enter a house. So Jesus Christ's body was for saving humanity but kept his part of God all the time.
