God Made Women like Pearls: Parables and Poetry

I wrote my first poem, God made us like Pearls to my aunts, one mother's day to tell them how much I love them. I only wanted to show how precious they are to me. The pearl is one of the timeliest, beautiful and rare gems there is and to me they are simply that. I had no idea what to write, but I was reminded by my daughter that my name Margaret mint pearl or treasure and my mother's middle name were Pearl therefore I am named after her. My Mother, Grandmother and Mother-in-law were three of the strongest women I have ever known a genuine treasure. The women in my life past and present are a treasure to me they are strong and noble, protective instincts, and they are all like a rare jewel. God Made Women like Pearls are a simple way to tell them God made them strong and beautiful.
