This is a necessary book to read!

I have attended several of Fr. Allender's missions, and they are excellent. This book simply ties that all together and applies it to how we may encorporate his strategies into our everyday lives. Too bad that not everyone has been given this book-it would've likely have saved thousands from living a wretched life or even from suicide. This book is well written and easy to read, and helps us get in touch with ourselves from the inside out.
