I've struggled with anxiety ever since I was a little girl, but the one thing that helps me is quoting verses from the Bible that really speak to me. However, as I've gotten older, I've noticed that it is harder to memorize scripture and quote during those most anxious times. This book is written for the youngest child to understand and learn who God really is and can be to them in a simple straight forward way taken directly from verses in the Bible. This will hopefully help them to learn very early and retain these precious verses that have meant so much to me in hopes that it will help them know God, especially during their most scary and difficult times.
