JOHN R. STOEFFLERBorn in Waterbury, Connecticut (1941), John served as an Officer in the US Army after graduating from Pennsylvania Military College. The subsequent years saw John enter the business world and the world of husband and father. Soon, however, he was writing opinion and commentary pieces for the Journal Newspapers of St. Louis County, Missouri. Some of the poetry presented in this collection was written as lyrics to songs which John composed. John and wife Linda reside in St. Petersburg, Florida and he now spends much of his time writing and supporting programs to help veterans.
