This is the 3rd of this book that I have bought to have as gifts. It is a very inspirational book, it has helped me a lot and I have wanted to share it with friends.

Wow. What a Book!

I have to admit I was a little hesitant when I first heard the concept behind God Encounter. Use your imagination and fiction techiniques to bring you into the presence of God? But halfway through the first story I knew I'd come upon something special. I was moved to tears, and God's presence was so real. It was an amazing morning of devotions, and many more followed as I continued reading through the book. I've been telling all my friends, "You have to get this book." I highly recommend it!

What a beautiful gift!

Lisa uses her extremely descriptive writing style to bring the reader from the clamor of everyday living to a place where new experiences with God can be deeply refreshing. I had never heard of creative prayer before. This resource has allowed me to have more spiritual memories with my Lord, deepening my relationship with Him. I am grateful that Lisa was willing to be obedient to completion of this book! I know that some audiovisual material is available, but I find myself wishing for some strictly audio presentation as well, allowing my imagination to supply the pictures.
