God and I

Through the years God has made himself manifest unto me on a very personal basis, as the following verses testify. "Yet I am the LORD thy God from the land of Egypt, (Vancouver) and thou shalt know no god but me: for there is no saviour beside me. I did know thee in the wilderness, in the land of great drought." Hosea 13:4,5. "And their nobles shall be of themselves, and their governor shall proceed from the midst of them; and I will cause him to draw near, and he shall approach unto me: for who is this that engaged, his heart to approach unto me? saith the LORD. And ye shall be my people, and I will be your God." Jeremiah 30:21,22. "Since thou wast precious in my sight, thou hast been hounourable, and I have loved thee: therefore will I give men for thee, and people for thy life. But Israel shall be saved in the LORD with an everlasting salvation: ye shall not be ashamed, nor confounded world without end. Behold, I have graven thee upon the palms of my hands; thy walls are continually before me. And the glory of the LORD shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together: for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it. And I will feed, them that oppress thee with their own flesh; and they shall be drunken with their own blood, as with sweet wine: and all flesh shall know that I the LORD am thy Saviour and thy Redeemer, the mighty One of Jacob." Isaiah 43:4; 45:17; 49:16; 40:5; 49:26.
