I have had this book since it was first offered back in the 80'. There are so many recipes you will find like making your own baking powder, bisquit, condensed milk. Recipes for emergency use if you can't get to the store. So many salad dressing recipes, along with all the great recipes, from your favorite eatery especially if you are from Michigan. I am ordering another right now for my daughter as it is a must for her cookbook collection. Of course the best recipes you will find in this book are Saunders Hot Fudge and Schuler's Bar Cheese which make great Christmas or birthday gifts. Both have been a staple in our family for over 40 years. Thank you for allowing me to share here.
