definitive guide

You will find a guide in this book about how to find the supplies you need to run your company. The book progresses through internal and external considerations when selecting supply sources. The author also shows you how to indentify sources and engage in the bidding process. Also provides what to look for in Early Supplier Involvement programs. It was written by an experienced practitioner that is for sure. I would have liked a more extensive list of resources , however there is some included here .
