The Human rights are the gifts of the Nature to mankind, roots of which can be traced in world's philosophies and religions. The sweep of the concept is expanding day by day. international documents, regional treaties, mechanisms to protect Human Rights are in place, Democracies of Britain, USA, China, Switzerland, Germany, South Africa, Japan, France, Canada, Australia, India have Human Rights provisions in bills or constitutions. Still there is no country in the world where Human rights violations are not taking place. This great challenge needed remedies which is the thrust of this book.
