(Hons) (London), CLP(M) is a strategy and negotiation consultant with over 33 years experience advising Multinational Corporations as well as Micro, Small & Medium sized Enterprises on leadership, international business negotiations, dispute resolution and high performance. His experiences with clients from Europe, Asia, Africa and North America gives him a deep understanding of how to work across cultures. He teaches "Negotiation Theory & Practice" at Canadian Mennonite University/University of Winnipeg. He authored the book, "Sustaining High Growth For Long Term Success" and he understands the mindset needed to respond to rapid change. He has helped clients negotiate solutions for challenges arising from international business relations post global economic crisis from 1989 to the present day.

Prashant Tipnis, is certified Lean Greenbelt Champion, Canada; Change Management, USA and Environmental Auditor in Kenya. His over 30 years of multicultural experience includes Operations and General Management; Project Implementation and Management and other significant leadership roles in India, Middle East Asia, East Africa, and Canada He has presided over various technical committees and social service organizations and has delivered presentations to industries and management institutions worldwide. Based in Winnipeg, Canada, he is utilizing his vast multi-tasking cross cultural experience in consulting, coaching and training.
