Bugsy has become mainstream and Tupac has become more gangsta. It was destiny that brought them to Las Vegas where they met their fate. Bugsy lived there and Tupac died there. Both were shot while sitting within inches of an associate who wasn't harmed. Both shooting occurred around eleven at night. Their final resting places are in Los Angeles. The book also explores gangster/gangsta culture, the mob, Nevada's original gunslingers, and the First Lady of Las Vegas, in addition to people who met similar fates as Tupac and Bugsy.
