Uni?n El?ctrica (UNE), the governing body that includes all the electric utilities in the country, has as a fundamental premise the computerization of the main tasks performed in its entities with the use of information and communication technologies (ICT). In the electric company, specifically in the Basic Business Unit (UEB) of Commercial Services, the use of technologies such as office automation software, databases, even information management systems generate a large amount of data, which is a challenge for specialists to manually integrate data from different sources for the generation of reports, with the purpose of contributing to the decision making of managers both at the provincial and national level. For this reason, the development of a management information system using database tools and web technologies is proposed to facilitate the process of data integration on the commercial activity of the Electric Company.
