Gilbert's Adventures: The Secret Beneath Farmer Jones' Field

By John Noel Colón

Gilbert thought he was spending an ordinary weekend with his grandparents, Pops and Bo, in the quiet countryside of Heedersburg, Tennessee.

Then they discovered the hatch.

Hidden beneath a strange mound deep in the woods on Farmer Jones' property was something impossible... a mysterious vessel buried decades earlier and forgotten by time. Once the hatch opens, Gilbert and Pops are pulled into an extraordinary adventure beyond anything they could have imagined.

Together they journey through dense prehistoric jungles, encounter giant creatures, explore breathtaking alien worlds, and visit a future version of Earth unlike anything from their own time. Along the way they meet fascinating people, uncover long hidden secrets, and discover that courage sometimes means stepping forward even when you are afraid.

At the center of every moment is the unforgettable relationship between Gilbert and Pops... a grandson and grandfather facing the unknown side by side.

Perfect for readers who love adventure, science fiction, mystery, and heartwarming stories filled with imagination, Gilbert's Adventures is a middle grade novel that reminds us that the greatest journeys are often the ones we never planned to take.

Fans of time travel, hidden worlds, and unforgettable friendships will find themselves swept into a story filled with wonder from beginning to end.
