Very helpful for a law school class

I was very pleased with this supplement and was able to catch-up in my class very quickly. It provides everything you need to do to do well in a law school class. This is not an outdated version as one other review claims (you, however, should check)

Excellent book to study before classs and for exams

Securities Regulation is a tough course at Law School. However, this book makes it easy to understand the difficult issues.
