Retrospective descriptive study including 36 patients aged 65 years and overmore, hospitalized in the internal medicine department of Habib Thameur Hospital, Tunis, over a period of 17 years. All our patients met theACR criteria for giant cell arteritis ACG. The aim of this study was to determine the clinical and paraclinical characteristics of GCA in a Tunisian population.
