Snarkfest!

Ghostridden was fun and this one edges it out as most favorite. So very nearly believable story series told by Maz who, at 30, inherits a beautiful Queen Anne style home in a small town across the state from a relative he hadn't known he had. Along with the house he finds himself the only one (except for his cat) who can interact with one of the former owners.
