A cogent and well thought sociological effort

Ghetto School is a study of Inner City children and how the loss of a city capital base, thus a loss of funding for the school system has adversely affected the youth who were left behind as money and people fled to suburbia. It is well worth the effort to find this book, although I may be a bit biased since he author is my sociology professor at college.
