Great resource guide for relationship and personal woes

Whenever I need a boost of confidence, someone to tell me what's going wrong(with myself or with a relationship, I consult this book. It uses a good balance of praise and criticism, sometimes funny and insightful, sometimes tough and harsh, to get through to its readers.
