This is an amazing little guide for student research geared towards college level students, but easily applicable to high school aged folks as well. Designed in a question and answer format, the author explains where to look for facts on people and historical events, how to cite sources and write papers (very basic, but useful), how to get the most out of a lecture class, and the answer to the ever-dreaded question, "Do I have to take notes in class" (answer: only if you want to remember anything). The only drawback is the lack of an index, but the detailed table of contents and the compact size make browsing an acceptable alternative. An excellent, handy little guide, highly recommended.
