No doubt you've been bombarded with "expert" advice from your parents, professors, and countless advisors. It's time you got advice you can really use - from fellow students who've been where you're... This description may be from another edition of this product.
As a confused sophomore who is planning to go to some place in Western Europe next fall (and because I have to start planning for it NOW), this book was really the perfect starting point, so I'm totally glad my mother bought it for me this semester. It's not overwhelming in length, it breaks down all the necessary information, and the quotes from students throughout the book ease the stress I've been feeling and have allowed me to approach my decision in a smarter way.
Ready to go!!!

I was a bit skeptical of this book's length, but now that I've read it, I can honestly say it's the best book that I've read on the subject. It goes through all of the steps of choosing your country, getting ready, dealing with culture shock, and having fun. And the advice from other students who've been abroad was great! When I go abroad to Italy next semester, I really feel prepared. I definitely recommend this book to any student going abroad!
