get up and Glow

"Get up and Glow" is a great book. Some of you may be able to read it straight through, but I doubt it. The emotional journey the book takes you through allowed me only to read one or two chapters at a time. That's probably the best way to read it, becuase there are exercises (and basic soul-searching) that you'll do throughout the read. I found the book to be better and more fulfilling than many of the other well-known self-help/spiritually titles of the last 10 years. Unlike other books, "Get up and Glow" does not preach or judge. It's written from the heart and with love. The book is also well written and edited. There are truly some "lightbulb moments" in the book. I won't spoil it, but the essence of "Get up and Glow" is found late in the book when refering to "Home."
