Great Book, Poor Production

I'm the publisher and the author, and while the content of this book is great ... :-) ... This is a test of the KINDLE process and the layout (production) is a complete mess. This review is only for the KINDLE version, the regular version of the book is, of course, just fine. I'm going to fix the KINDLE version as soon as I can figure out how. ... ;-( Brad

Pretty good

A good short book. A little like First Break All the Rules, but easier to read. The fellow is pretty opinionated, but once you get past that, the ideas are pretty simple and make sense.

Insightful and informative

Get Things Done is instructional and informative. It is a fine gathering of wisdom from Brad Fregger's accomplished experience. Brad Fregger presents his wisdom clearly and directly, and best of all, he accompanies it with illustrative (and entertaining) true stories from his personal experience. This book is a great presentation of practical rules, pointers, and food for thought. For those looking to become more effective leader or a more productive manager - this is great reading.

Real life information from a practitioner.

Brad tells us how to get things done based on his extensive practical experience. I'm familiar with his seminars which he presents around the world. He has lived this stuff. This is the real thing.

What's He Talking About?

I am the author of this book ... I was originally confused by the review from Bryan Williams "soothsayer" and then a friend of mine showed me this book: ISBN: 0307237672, Title: Git-R-Done Author: Larry the Cable Guy and everything was clear. He's not talking about me or my book. What a relief. Brad This explanation has been here for about a year and the "soothsayer" has not corrected his mistake. I guess that shows us how considerate he is. Also, As the author, I want to mention that I have written a new book on leadership that covers more topics and enhances what I said in "Get Things Done." That book is "Get Out of the Way: You'll Never Manage Yourself to Great Leadership." It's longer and a bit more expensive, but, of course, I believe it's worth the extra money.Get Out of the Way!
