By Far the Best of its Kind!!!

I was a bit sceptical before buying this book. I have read quite a few other relationship books and the majority of them were very blase' in that the author seemed to be lecturing to me instead of talking to me as a real person. Also, I found that most relationship books were geared toward women and were not unisex oriented! This was not the case with Get Smart! From the moment I picked it up, I felt that this book was different. Where did this author come from? Ms. Casto seems more human than any other author whose book I have read! Ms. Casto takes the words right out of my mouth and this book is written in a style that suggests she is talking directly to me, with me. Get Smart! is very realistic and down-to-earth. It describes the "true" side of relationships including the do's and don'ts as well as numerous case illustrations of real people in real situations. The book suggests journaling along while reading is a key in the whole Get smart process; even though I am not much of a writer, by journaling, I found out more about myself and present situation than I ever knew before. I have read some excerpts to some of my friends about the "Red Flags" to watch out for and they all smile and agree how absolutely true those flags are. My present relationship has changed for the better! I will definitely read this book over and over. I already have a few friends who want to borrow it for their own personal development.
