English summary: The present study surveys W.G. Sebald's work with regard to its poetic modelling of history and historiography. In the light of the intensive academic reception of Sebald's work during the last decade, the study references Sebald's concept of history to the influences of Claude Levi-Strauss' concept of bricolage as well as Walter Benjamin's and Theodor W. Adorno's philosophy of history, all of which are contained in Sebald's work. The synopsis of these seemingly distinct and isolated (as by past Sebald research extensively considered) influences allows a precise definition of W.G. Sebald's poetics of history, which changes between historiographic representation and literary imagination. From the common view of the past as a history of catastrophes, the concept of bricolage allows the implementation of the philosophy of history according to Walter Benjamin and Theodor W. Adorno by relating history as a historiographic narrative from a certain angle as well as by providing information about its structure. German text.
