Wonderful resource

I teach German baking and cooking classes to Americans living in Germany and I just love this book. Wonderful resource and it contains a wide variety of traditional German foods. Definitely recommend!

Excellent book, delicious recipes which always work. Best of all ... written in English, so I don't have to struggle trying to understand the German!!

Very easy to follow

This is a great baking book with all the most common german recipes. Very easy to follow.

Traditional

It is always hard to find traditional cook books from different cultures. These are very close to the same recipes my grandmother used to use. Now I can recreate her wonderful German treats!!
