Georgi is an empowered young Black woman who struggles with mental challenges and feels hollow about her 'fair' skin compared to her siblings. On her journey to find her true identity, she leaves Canada for her first trip to South Africa, only to discover that her past is filled with secrets and lies. As she navigates her chaotic political world, Georgi faces a complex love triangle that pushes her vulnerable personality to the limit.
Whenever politics, race, and passion collide, sanity often becomes an optional extra that most of us avoid. The relationship between Georgi and Odessa, her sister, is a roller coaster of emotions for both of them.

The author, Sipho Ernest Mahlobo, was born in Estcourt, Natal. He holds master's degrees in education and literature. His writings have gained recognition from the South African Broadcasting Corporation, where he placed third out of 111 contestants in COSAW/Safm's "Soundscapes Radio Drama Competition." He was also invited by the French embassy to attend a seminar in Paris, facilitated by Denis Hirson. Mahlobo has written and directed two theater productions: 'Sisters of Rockville' and a dance/poetry piece, 'Wrinkled Reflections.' He has authored several movie scripts, which he hopes will be produced when opportunities arise. His primary obsession is the return of his ancestors' land, stolen with impunity by Europeans.
