Generosity

What is the true nature of Generosity? Are there rewards associated with generous acts or are these rewards a result of obedience? This work is an attempt to examine the many attributes of generosity from a Christian perspective. Having said that, one need not be a born again believer in order to be truly generous. However, there are benefits that accrue to believers when they are generous, especially when their acts are prompted by the Holy Spirit. This work examines several Biblical examples of generous acts with a more detailed look at the Macedonian church as discussed in 2 Corinthians chapters 8 and 9, As with all my books, I investigated this topic because it was something I needed to learn. If others find benefit in it, so much the better.
