A handy guide

Found this reference guide to be a quick, easy to use manual when seeking to add an appropriate crystal frequency for a particular purpose - whether physical health, spiritual awakening, or peace and prosperity. Extensive, but light in weight, on more than one occasion this manual was an ideal traveling companion when working with crystal energies.

This is my favorite book

I have many books on gems and crystals, and this is the most useful, and it has become my favorite. The other reviews give you lots of details, but if you want a practical, easy to use book, this is it.

Extremely well organised

This book offers a compendium of minerals that is broken down into categories within larger groupings of physical, emotional, and spiritual associations. The stones are listed under headings, much like Judy Hall's Crystal Prescriptions, only with greater organisation. Additionally are some great essays included as appendices to the main body of the work. Kristi is fabulous ar what she does, and this book is a handy reference. It lends itself well to new students and old pros, and it can be used in the construction of grids, elixirs, amulets, talismans, layouts for the body, and any other application. Enjoy this one!
