An intensional higher-type modal logic (IHTML) together with a possible worlds structure undergirds SBCP, FCVGOA. The development of IHTML is due to Carnap, Montague, Gallin, and Fitting. Unlike Fitting, I reject Russell's Theory of Definite Descriptions. I believe that Russell's treatment of definite descriptions encounters the same problem as the medieval doctrine nihil sunt nullae proprietates.
