A Palestinian State in the portion of the Sinai Desert that Egypt's Pres. al-Sisi is, now, willing to sell will give the Palestinians a flourishing homeland with sound financial footing in their new, solid, middle-class society; create a wonderful homeland with full employment for the millions of Palestinian refugees kept for close to three-quarters of a century in desolate refugee camps in neighboring Arab countries which have not allowed the refugees to integrate into their societies; put economically distressed Egypt on a sound financial basis; alleviate the UN's (mostly the US taxpayer's) financial burden of supporting the Palestinians and, without this solution and with Egypt's current declining economic condition, boost the economic condition of Egypt's 90 million; and give Israel the only thing she has ever sought: peace.
