I chose this title to reflect what I think we all do, which is gamble on things that have little or no return to make our life better. We eat cheap and easy food because well, it's cheap and very easy to hit the drive through than it is to cook a meal. We cheat ourselves out of doing the things we always wanted to by letting our bodies waste away along with our mind in front of the television or computer game of choice. Then after many years of repeating bad habits and living what we think is the good life we find ourselves at a place where we start asking questions or move on to the next time waster of our life. I hit my 40's and realized I hadn't done a lot of the things I dreamed I would do. I wanted to set my sights on what I believe will be my true calling. Sharing the message that you can change small habits in your life and produce big results.
