Galwyn: A Collection of Poems

Galwyn is the name of this poetry project which includes themes of loneliness, love, culture, identity, and self-acceptance. I created the online alias of Sir Galwyn for the purpose of interpreting these ideas in a setting where I wouldn't be judged for my amateurism, or run the risk of upsetting people near to me who might be affected by these poetic experimentations. Some of these works are based on personal experience, others are written empathetically, some are based on dreams/nightmares, and some are born of hypothetical situations. As such, sensitive themes of sexuality, violence, mental illness, and self-harm are occasionally present. I ask that you, as a reader and interpreter, to keep an open mind and anticipate my discretion with regards to writing on these topics.Some of these poems mean very much, and some mean very little - but they all served some purpose at one point or another. I hope they mean something to you too.
