Unlike many children’s books, this book takes you on a journey with full detail. Not only does this book teach a child animal wildlife, it also teaches family values and adaptation to change. Clearly the author wanted to also show the importance of diversity in ethnicity and age. The layout of this book will help any child who struggles with distractions as they read. The illustration is on one page, and the storyline is on a separate page away from the illustration so the child can concentrate on reading.
