G. R. Grover & Son's Anthology is the 2nd. Editon of this book. The original contained thirty-nine poems of mine and my father. The 2nd. Edition contains over 100. Quite the bargain @ $9.99.Garald R. Grover was my father. To those who knew him, he was 'Perk'. During his lifetime, he raced stock cars, became a photographer and gunsmith, served in the U. S. Navy, and worked on the Grand Trunk Railroad. He passed away in 1974, so his contribution to this anthology is, unfortunately brief.My work history is even more varied. I have worked as a busboy, driven a semi, owned and operated a restaurant, and worked as a machine operator, security officer, office worker, and furniture salesman.
