The title of the book, Fusion Cuisine describes the contents of the book. The recipes, developed over the past 25 years, have been influenced by the various geographical locations where I have lived. I use a multitude of vegetables, herbs, sea foods and exotic fruits in my own unique creations. Texture, flavor and color are the dominant features of my presentations. Additionally, as I am always aware of the effects of what one consumes, health benefits of each ingredient used in these recipes has been alphabetically presented, with color photo and benefits described and backed up with references.
This book will appeal to working couples because all these recipes can be prepared in advance allowing their preparation on weekends for the week ahead. The dishes can be frozen and reheated without losing flavor or texture.
