The training of primary school teachers has been a permanent task of Cuban society since its origins, and Cuban teachers have distinguished themselves for their dedication to the education of new generations. After the triumph of the Cuban Revolution, qualitative leaps have been made in the progress of education, where one of the main tasks has been the promotion and improvement of teacher training. The training of primary school teachers is a crucial mission, due to the importance of their influence as the basis of society, in educational work and the formation of values for generations of Cubans. The purpose of this work is to guarantee the efficient preparation of teachers to satisfy the demands and needs of the school, which requires a dynamic and creative teacher, with deep Martiano and patriotic roots, who contributes to the integral formation of students, so that they can respond on their own and beyond the school, to the requirements that the development of society imposes, strengthening the value of honesty in students.
